PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.	Assist the Plant Manager in completing daily tasks and serve as a backup when necessary.
協(xié)助工廠(chǎng)經(jīng)理完成日常工作，必要時(shí)做好備份工作。

2.	Supervise production: coordinate and monitor the entire production process, prioritize key production areas, and respond to alerts with effective corrective actions. Ensure optimal use of machinery, equipment, and utilities at minimal cost, and complete production plans including trial runs.
監督生產(chǎn)：協(xié)調和監控整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，安排生產(chǎn)區域內的生產(chǎn)重點(diǎn)，并通過(guò)有效的糾正措施應對各種警報。確保以最低的成本***限度地使用機器/設備的能力和共用設施，并完成生產(chǎn)計劃，包括試產(chǎn)。

3.	Maintain and repair engineering and maintenance personnel, accelerate preventive actions and reduce downtime due to equipment failures. Resolve common and minor issues on-site promptly when accidents occur.
聯(lián)絡(luò )修理工程和維修人員，預防和減少工程故障中斷。事故發(fā)生時(shí)及時(shí)解決現場(chǎng)常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題和小問(wèn)題。

4.	Material management: oversee production-related materials, ensure smooth communication between production and procurement functions, and maintain progress, quality, and quantity through cycle count rules.

5.	Personnel management: conduct daily attendance checks and manage manpower to align with filling plans. Provide necessary technical and safety training to operators.

6.	Safety and housekeeping: implement all relevant EHS requirements , enhance observation of operational safety and efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment to support production activities.

7.	Responsible for or participate in assigned.

8.	Draft and revise work procedures and instructions.

9.	Assist in handling customer complaints and providing technical training to customers.

11.	Regularly participate in safety training organized by the work team, department, and company, and complete relevant training and effectiveness evaluations as required. Implement the safety requirements related to your position under the total employee safety production responsibility system, be responsible for achieving safety performance targets, and report relevant safety hazards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.	Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, mechanical, instrumentation & electrical, or other science and engineering disciplines.
化工、機械、儀電或其它理工類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。

2.	Responsible, reliable, and willing to take ownership; able to actively engage and drive problem-solving when issues arise.
踏實(shí)負責愿擔當，遇到問(wèn)題能夠積極介入推動(dòng)解決。

3.	Over 3 years of work experience with proven organizational and communication skills.
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗，有一定組織和溝通能力。

4.	Proficient in basic office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
掌握計算機基本辦公軟件使用，熟練使用Excel/Word/PPT等辦公文件。
