Continuously searches for ways to improve plant performance in: yields, energy consumption, BOM, material
efficiency, quality, waste and carry out the activities from senior process
engineer and management team;
Compile the standard documents of SOP, EOP, ERP for
operation, procedures for system cleaning, purging, innerting, dummy running,
loop testing and function test in commissioning&startup phase; 
Responsible for trouble shooting, process
optimization, MOC and high technical support to operation teams;
Based on the plant turnaround schedule, implement shutdown
and startup plan, leading activities in related area, including procedures and
isolation plan, risk analysis, progress and quality control;
Follow up KPI of OEE, collecting data and
information record with support from SPE and process manager to do analysis and
improvement on availability, rate, quality; following up improvements to
operation team;
Keep tracking BOM changes daily and report to SPE and process
manager for abnormal deviation and carry out the activities for correction; 
Fully dominant in utilities and high focus on the availability,
rate and quality on utilities supply to all the plants on the site;
□ License on catalystFull understand the KPI of catalyst performance,
optimization on the catalyst to prolong the life time of catalyst and running
plant with high material efficiency with support from SPE and process manager;
Follow up activities for catalyst change-over, guide
operation team to preparation, cooperate with maintains team on the actives in catalyst
change over successfully and timely;
□ process and operation supportCooperate with Plant Planner to distribute production plan into
daily instruction, support and guide operation team to do process adjustment
based on instruction;
Keep tracking process performance and quality
of finish goods, give support to operation team to better understand the process,
performance and quality problem and correction;
Provide assistance to operations in learning
and understand for new design or modifications, guide operation team into the
steps and activities for better understanding and cooperation;
Give high assistant to operation team for
issues encountered in: process, automation control, electrical, equipment, and
keep the list of defects and outstanding for continues improvement;
Assist the operation department in personnel
development in short and long term;
Represent the company on customer visits and
professional and technical functions as needed;
Updating the documents of PID, SOP, EIP, EOP, JSA…
standard documents to operation team timely;
□ Process Safety and AuditParticipate in Hazard Study during project phase
both for process and dedicate key equipment; conduct activates and guide
operation team follow up recommendations in hazard study in design,
construction, operation, procedure, and actions closed within request time;
Review the activities for startup and shutdown and
with safety guard in procedure, and training to operation team;
Support operation team to do JSA for critical
operation, routine work in daily;
High involvement in Hazard study during MOC and review
activities done in design, construction, take lead to do PSSR and Post-startup assessment;
Take actions in related area for PSM and SAQ audit,
ensure the defects and corrections have been closed on time;
□ MOC&Trouble shootingTo be MOC facilator to executive MOC as site
procedure, collection and filtration the ideas from operation team, convert it
to MOC; organize the technical review meeting for the MOC, as coordinator in
the phase of technical review, Hazard study, equipment/instrumentation/electrical
material preparation, PSSR, Post-startup and final performance assessment, keep
tracking for all the related documents updating;
At plant level to fully manage MOC progress, and
final documentation archive, responsible for element of MOC part in the PSM and
SAQ audit ;
As owner to collect defects from operation team and
convert into outstanding list, assign task to dedicate person in plant both for
short term and long term target for problem solving;
As RCPS champion from plant level to organize workshop,
support engineers to use RCPS workshop solve complicated troubleshooting,
tracking actions done for owner and follow up relevant KPI changes after
actions closed;
□ EPM To be nominated energy management key members both
internal and external;
Assist SPE to collect data of production, output
value, energy consumption and input into system from government
monthly;
Cooperation with financial department to collect
data of production, output value, energy consumption, wastes and input into
cooperate EPM system Monthly;
Tracking deviation of energy consumption and KPI
follow up, do analysis, improvements and recommendation to operation and
management team monthly;
□ Quality managementAssist SPE to buildup sampling points and
specification for Raw materials, process control and products, and environmental
concerns;
Buildup analysis method based on the know-how of
process, and cooperate with lab engineers on analysis equipment, chemicals, and
training and assessment operators for sampling;
Keep monitoring SPC rules for quality management in
MES system, keep focus on quality deviation to adjust process;
Issue out quality report monthly with KPIs, and
deviation analysis, recommendation and improvements in quality control and
operation;
□ BudgetAssistant of process manager to control budget in
responsible area by optimization the design, technical study, resource
localization and so on;
Apply AR for new projects or MOC;
